CONDICIONES GENERALES
Al
embarque, un encargado te atenderá y explicará el funcionamiento de la
embarcación y te entregará el contrato. Imprescindible enseñar los DNI.
Todas las reservas están sujetas a la meterologia y las condiciones del mar y del viento. En caso de condiciones del mar adversas, se aplazará la salida a otro dia o se devolverá el importe. La decisión pertenece a la empresa.
Todos los catamaranes están geolocalizados y el cliente tiene la obligación de mantener durante toda la estancia a bordo un comportamiento atento sin crear situaciones de peligro ni a los ocupantes a bordo ni a las personas o barcos alrededor.
A la entrega de la embarcación es obligatorio dejar una fianza de 200 euros, bien en efectivo o bien con tarjeta.
Dicha fianza servirá para cubrir cualquier tipo de daño que el cliente pueda ocasionar a la embarcación asi como en caso de perdida o daño de cualquier elemento presente a bordo. A la devolución del barco, la fianza se devolverá solo en caso de que el encargado haya comprobado el perfecto estado de la embarcación tal y como se habia entregado.
Queda totalmente prohibido fumar a bordo y el consumo de alcohol.
GENERAL TERMS
At the embark, a member in charge will assist you and explain how to use the boat and
will deliver the contract. It is essential to bring with you the passport.
All reservations are subject to the weather and the sea and wind conditions. In case of adverse sea conditions, departure will be postponed to another day or the amount will be refund. The decision belongs to the company.
All catamarans are
geolocated and the client has the obligation to maintain a proper behavior
throughout the stay on board without creating dangerous situations either to
the occupants on board or to the people or boats around. At delivery of the boat, it
is mandatory to leave a deposit of 200 euros either in cash or by card. This
deposit will cover any type of damage the client may cause to the boat as well
as in case of loss or damage of any element present on board. Upon return of
the boat, the deposit will be returned only if the boat is in perfect conditions as it was delivered.
Smoking and alcool on board are not allowed.
